Buried in the Democrat ’s 2700 page, $1.5 trillion bill to fund federal-government agencies for the rest of the fiscal year, Biden issued 13 pages of rules designed to cut off charter schools from federal support. (1) (2)

Charter schools offer the public, mostly lower income blacks and hispanics, an opportunity to escape the teachers union’s ineffective public schools and obtain a real education (3).
