A new racism, neoracism, has developed, based on Critical Race Theory, that espouses that people should be treated differently based on the color of their skin completely abandoning Martin Luther King‘s dream of color blindness.
Color Blindness - we should treat people equallywithout regard to race.
Neoracism - state sanctioned racism.
Critical Race Theory is a dangerous ideology, ignores and subverts reality today, significantly exaggerates the extent of antiblack racism in society, erodes agency, and discourages meritocratic behavior.
You don’t inherit trauma
Equal opportunity not equal outcome
Two wrongs do not make a right
Stereotyping anyone is bad
