You be the Judge

There are multiple issues related to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, Section 5 of the 14th amendment, Article 2 Section 5 of the Constitution and Section 3 of the 22nd Amendment (term limits).

These issues distill to eight questions. Each question has nuances and issues that need to be understood to form an answer. If you believe the answer is no to any one of these eight questions then Colorado is not allowed to prevent Trump from running in their primaries.

14th AMENDMENT

SECTION 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State,

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

SECTION 5
