Biden’s dithering continues to hurt Ukraine
Evidently Biden has a personal grudge against Britain because it had the temerity to support F16s for Ukraine. Biden’s dithering with Ukraine continues to result in more death and destruction.
Biden should immediately increase the numbers and capabilities of weapons to Ukraine, specifically ATACMs (long range artillery) and F16s

Biden’s Deadly Dithering
Biden has continued to delay and slow walk desperately needed military support for Ukraine resulting in innocents dying.
Yes, he restarted Trump’s Javelins after a delay.
Yes, then he provided stingers after a delay
Yes, then he provided howitzers after a delay
Yes, that he provided MLRS after a delay
Yes, then he provided a few tanks after a delay
Yes, then he is allowed others to donate F-16s after a delay
Still won’t provide ATACAMs (long range missles)
Why? He doesn’t want to provoke Putin.
Putin invaded Ukraine, and he’s committing horrible atrocities and violence.

Biden Still Dithering
While Ukraine continues to be rubbled, Biden continues to dither. 
Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014. Biden and Obama did little.
Russia threatened to continue its invasion of Ukraine in late 2021 in early 2022. Biden did little.
Russia continued its invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Biden dithers, resisting providing sufficient numbers and capabilities of weapons to stop Russia. Why? He is afraid of provoking Putin.
Putin’s armies have been merciless, destroying civilian infrastructure, killing civilians and using all of its conventional weapons.
Ukraine has fought heroically and bravely relying on the arms received from the US and Western Europe. Often it has been the UK and the European countries leasing and pushing the delivery of more capable weapons desperately needed with the US resisting before reluctantly following.
The result is the continued destruction of Ukraine, tens of thousands of Ukrainians dying, 8 million Ukrainians refugees and another 5.3 displaced.
Biden needs to stop dithering and lead.

Finally (hopefully)
Despite heroic brave efforts, Ukraine continues to be destroyed by Russia who invaded their country. They invaded in 2014 with no resistance from Biden and Obama. They continued their invasion in 2022 with Biden stingily, providing limited but increasing numbers and capabilities of weapons overtime.
Ukraine needs and has continually ask for longer range artillery. To date the US has refused to provide such.
As has been typical, it appears, the UK may be leading the way. Biden? Not so much.

Biden's Feckless Leadership for Ukraine
- 2014 - Russia Invades parts of Ukraine – Biden/Obama do little
- 2021 - Russia Threatens to Takeover Ukraine – Biden does little
- 2022 - Russia Invades the rest of Ukraine – Biden does little
- 2023 – Ukraine being destroyed – Biden doing little
From the beginning Biden has continued to dither in his efforts to stop Ukraine. Initially he actually stopped providing Javelin anti-tank weapons started under Trump to avoid “provoking” Putin. He then minimized a “minor” incursion. Next, instead of arming and encouraging Ukraine, he offered a ride out to Zelensky. Zelensky’s response: “I need bullets not a ride.” Then over the past year, he has only stingily increased the numbers and capabilities of weapons provided to Ukraine and STILL refuses to offer jets, long range artillery, significant armor and other weapons systems that would help Ukraine.
Exacerbating the problem, Biden has been unsuccessful in leading the world to stop Putin. Most of the world is not helping. Small, ex-Soviet countries are providing more support for Ukraine than the US and most of Europe, especially the large, developed countries, are far behind in their support.
Where is Biden’s leadership?
Despite having to fight with one arm tied behind their back, only the heroically brave fighting of the Ukrainians combined with the inept performance of the Russian armed forces have stopped Russia from being successful yet. However, Russia has more men, more money and more weapons than Ukraine and continues to make incremental advances.
The result is the continued destruction of Ukraine and the deaths of 10’s of thousand of Ukranians.
Putin needs to be stopped.
Biden needs to lead.

US Delay and Dithering Destroying Ukraine
While Biden is busy patting himself on the back for his efforts related to Ukraine I think it is important to remind everyone about the situation.
In 2014, Russia invaded the Ukraine and Obama and Biden did little.
Trump stopped Nord Stream 2, dramatically increased financial sanctions on Russia and began supplying anti-tank weapons to the Ukraine in December 2017.
In 2021 as Russia threatened and began massing troops on Ukraine's border, Biden immediately told Putin that he wouldn't use US military force to stop Putin. In late 2021 Biden actually stopped providing anti-tank weapons to Ukraine to avoid "provoking" Putin. In February, right before the current invasion Biden tried to persuade Zelensky to leave Ukraine. Zelensky's reply: "I don't need a ride I need bullets."
Biden has continued to limit and slow walk the military support for Ukraine (see chart below) only increasing the capabilities of the support as Ukraine nears total catastrophe. Despite the heroic efforts of the Ukrainians they still need significantly more military support capabilities.They need tanks, longer range artillery, jets and more anti-air weapons.
How much more devastation and how much longer does Biden expect the Ukrainians to continue to fight with one hand tied behind their back.
The US goal should be to provide significant more support to help Ukraine regain its territory, its freedom and its security.

Biden helps dictator. Ukraine-not so much
Biden still limits aid to Ukraine and now happy to help a dictator.

While the US has provided more military assistance to Ukraine than any other country, Biden continues to dither by worrying more about provoking Putin and ignoring the 10's of thousands of deaths, the rubbling of Ukraine and the consequences of letting Russia invade and stay in Ukraine.
From the beginning of Russia's threats to continue their 2014 invasion of Ukraine Biden has dithered. He actually stopped providing Javelins to prevent provoking Russia until the weeks before the actual invasion. He took military option off the table. He encouraged Zelensky to leave Ukraine. Rather ineffective sanctions were imposed. It was only after the heroically brave fighting and sacrifice of the Ukraine army and people and the discovery of the inept capabilities of the Russian army that Biden began increasing military aid. But he has done it in a slow incremental way and still continues to limit the capabilities and range of weapons assistance.
Biden needs to LEAD the world to stop Putin.
