Transitioning: Not Social Justice
Adults can do what they want, BUT KIDS?
Gender affirming care is
treating a person of one sex to allow that person to live as the opposite sex
and consists of a series of treatments starting with puberty blockers, frequently
followed with cross sex hormones and ultimately concluding with surgical
genital reconstruction and breast removal or augmentation. With the exception
of short-term usage of puberty blockers, gender affirming care is permanent and
life altering.
Adolescents face a wide range of issues that can be a source of struggle including puberty, independence, impulsive behavior, body type, self-esteem, sexuality, friends, drugs, and education. Social Media may exacerbate these struggles. There has been an explosion of adolescents, primarily girls, questioning their gender.(1)
There is a debate as to what level of gender affirming care is appropriate.
The Biden Administration and Critical
Social Justice proponents are advocating aggressive gender affirming care for
adolescents.
Recently, countries in the EU, which had previously allowed open access to gender affirming care, have begun limiting it and prescribing mental health counseling because they have seen the results of studies, early and limited, that gender affirming care may cause more damage than it prevents.
Now we are seeing states
starting to limit gender affirming care to the extremely rare
cases where it is medically necessary. See the Montana exceptions below which are
typical of all of the states limiting gender affirming care.

for a person born with a medically verifiable disorder of sex development,
including:
- a person born
with external biological sex characteristics that are irresolvable
ambiguous, including an individual born with 46 XX chromosomes with
virilization, 46 XY chromosomes with under virilization, or having both
ovarian and testicular tissue; and
- a person whom
a physician has otherwise diagnosed with a disorder of sexual development
in which the physician has determined through genetic or biochemical
testing that the person does not have normal sex chromosome structure,
sex steroid hormone production, or sex steroid hormone action for a male
or female; and
(2)
treatment
of any infection, injury, disease, or disorder that has been caused or
exacerbated by a [gender affirming] medical treatment listed in subsection
(1)(a) or (1)(b), whether or not the medical treatment was performed in
accordance with state and federal law and whether or not funding for the
medical treatment is permissible under state and federal law.

Biden’s IRA a BUST

The CBO has revised their estimate based on all the changes Biden administration is sneaking into the law. Golden Sachs has done an analysis. And the Penn Wharton Budget Model has provided their analysis. The spending of the IRA is revised from $285 billion to $1.045 TRILLION, an increase of $760 billion. (3)
Net Result
Deficit increase of $522 billion NOT the $238 billion decrease promised.

One is so old and so cognitively impaired he needs others to manage the questions he is asked and probably to spoon feed the answers to him.
The other seems to have a difficult time stringing together a coherent sentence.
This is being defended by claiming that the question on the card was not exactly the same as the one asked. While it is true that the words were different, it is UTTERLY FALSE that the underlying questions were not the same.
Question on cheat sheet: "How are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities — like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing — with alliance-based foreign policy?" read the question in Biden's hand.
Question asked: "Your top economic priority has been to build up U.S. domestic manufacturing in competition with China, but your rules against expanding chip manufacturing in China is hurting South Korean companies that rely heavily on Beijing. Are you damaging a key ally in the competition with China to help your domestic politics ahead of the election?"

US Tax System is Broken
The US tax system us broken, inefficient and promotes crony capitalism. The Tax Foundation has a great analysis, explanation and proposal that is a dramatic improvement over the current system with 5 key points
1. We have a federal tax system that is complex, costly, and political, centered on taxing both individual and business income at progressive tax rates and littered with various preferences.
2. As top priority, lawmakers should simplify the tax code so that taxpayers can understand the laws and the IRS can administer them with minimum cost and frustration.
3. Lawmakers should reduce the economic drag caused by the tax code, not through preferences that are political, targeted and complicated, but by broadly improving incentives to work, save, and invest through lower marginal tax rates on individual and corporate income.
4. One proposal is revenue-neutral that can greatly improve economic growth, increasing GDP by 2.3 percent in the long run, adding 1.3 million jobs, and raising wages by 1.3 percent such that after-tax incomes for the bottom 40 percent of earners increase by nearly 3 percent on average.
5. Taxing consumption as opposed to income raises substantial revenue in a more economically efficient way.

Biden - what equity is important?
The leading cause of young black male death is homicides, primarily by handguns, at a dramatically higher rate than white males.
The primary offenders committing crimes against blacks are other blacks, significantly disproportionate to the population distribution.
Blacks have a significantly higher rate of committing crimes, especially violent crimes.
How is Biden addressing these problems.
He focuses on reinstating the "Assault Weapons Ban" to eliminate AR 15s which are an insignificant number of these homicides and a ban that didn't have an effect.
He propagates the false narrative that most of the disparities between blacks and whites today is due to systemic racism today providing cover and excuses for improper behavior. Today he celebrates 2 black Tennessee legislators that organized and participated in a protest disrupting the Tennessee legislative process. While their cause of gun control may have merit, their behavior was inexcusable and Biden portraying their consequences doled out from the legislature as racial foments division
Biden continues to ignore dealing with fundamental issues, started but quickly abandoned by Obama after progressive pushback, that would encourage fundamental behaviors: finish school, get a job, get married before having children that have been found to greatly reduce criminal behaviors.

Social Security is Broken
Social Security has a big problem.
Under current law the Social Security Trust Fund will be used up by 2034. This Trust Fund is the excess money the government has taken from workers with the promise of pay them Social Security in the future.
Under current law this means that Social Security Payments have to be reduced by 23% growing to a 35% reduction.
Not just spies lied
It wasn’t just the spies. Right before the election the NYT, Washington Post and most of the Main Stream Media worked with Biden and his campaign to lie to America to hide the fact that there were emails that were found on Hunter Biden’s laptop that showed that there was likely influence peddling by the Biden family to foreign countries. Biden’s were paid millions. Biden’s knew it. FBI knew it, they had the hard drive for over a year. Washington Post knew it, they had the hard drive, verified it’s authenticity and published its contents.
Mr. Morell told Congress under oath that he received a phone call from Antony Blinken on Oct. 17, 2020—three days after the Post published emails from Hunter’s laptop.
“Prior to [Mr. Blinken’s] call, you—you did not have any intent to write this statement?” Mr. Morell: “I did not.”
Mr. Morell says he then contacted an aide to former CIA director John Brennan to say “the Biden campaign wanted the statement to go to a particular reporter at the Washington Post first and that he should send the statement to the campaign when he sent the letter to the reporter.”
Mr. Morell acknowledged he had two goals with the statement: to “share our concern with the American people,” and to “help Vice President Biden” “win the election.”
Joe Biden during Presidential debate regarding Trump’s point that the Hunter Biden Laptop showed potential influence peddling by Hunter Biden, and maybe Joe Biden: “what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage!”
Mr. Morell told the committee that following the debate, Biden campaign chair (and now senior White House aide) Steve Ricchetti called to thank him for the statement.
Statement signers like former Obama director of national intelligence James Clapper have since admitted they had no evidence to make their disinformation claims.
The press overwhelmingly went along with the false Biden campaign claims because it wanted Mr. Biden to win. These 51 officials have done more to damage the credibility of the CIA and FBI than anything Donald Trump has said. Ditto for the complicit media.

FOX News Corporation reach a settlement with Dominion in the defamation case.
Why did they settle. Maybe they think they lied. Maybe they didn't want to put their trust in a Delaware, Joe Biden's home state, jury where it would only have taken 7 out of 12 jurors to agree to punish FOX.
Interesting how those exuberantly celebrating act as if there are no other lies.

It would be Biden’s default
There will be no reason for the US to default on its debt. The US has more than enough money, coming in to pay interest, debt that it is due, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, and more. The Constitution requires that Biden pay the US debt. If Biden decides not to pay US debt and there’s a default, it is all on him.
