Politicization of Justice Ruining our Country

U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York is investigating personal benefits that Tesla might have provided Mr. Musk, as well as transactions between his businesses.

Justice Department is probing whether Mr. Musk used Tesla resources for a mooted secret house, which the CEO says isn’t “built, under construction or planned.”

Justice complaint last month against SpaceX for allegedly discriminating against asylum claimants.

Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan’s hazing of Twitter following Mr. Musk’s takeover. The FTC has brow-beat Twitter with document demands that include identifying “all journalists” granted access to company records, including the “nature of access granted each person.”

National Labor Relations Board, which has slapped Tesla with complaints related to its dress code and alleged instruction to employees not to discuss pay and working conditions. The Securities and Exchange Commission is also reportedly investigating Mr. Musk over Tesla’s self-driving claims.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service scoured the environmental damage after a SpaceX rocket exploded shortly after takeoff. Seven bobwhite quail eggs and a collection of blue land crabs were found to have been charred.

By the only apolitical, quantitative measure, 2 quarters of negative growth, Bidenomics has already caused one recession, albeit a minor one, and there are at least 5 reasons there will likely be another.

1) UAW Strike

2) Likely Government Shutdown

3) Student Loan Payments Resume

4) Higher energy prices

5) Higher mortgage rates

Joe Biden welcomes a shut down, so he can try to place all of the blame of the next recession on the Republicans.

Be aware of the intellectual dishonesty when the Democrats claim that the recession wasn’t officially declared by the National Bureau of Economic Research’s Business Cycle Dating Committee, a group of eight, the majority of who are Democrats.

Biden Border Disaster

Latest Illegal Immigration data released (late Friday of course.)

Biden’s border policies continue to be a mess, put many innocents at risk AND allow Mexican cartels to get rich.

So far illegal immigration is over 4 times more under Biden than Trump, averaging 217,321 per month versus 50,780. At this rate, this will be over 10 MILLION illegal immigrants under Biden's term. And this doesn't count the "got aways," people crossing the border without being caught. And unlike Trump, who retuned illegal immigrants to remain in Mexico until their claimed refugee status could be determined, Biden is releasing illegal immigrants into the USA with a promise to return at a distance future date for court hearings. The result is 100,000's of of illegal immigrants in cities across the country needing food, shelter and education for children and now having permission to work. Just imaging how many more illegal immigrants will be attracted to come and work in the USA, the greatest country.

How is this fair to the many people throughout the world trying to legally immigrate to the USA?

The Founders had three criteria for new immigrants: their qualifications; their assimilation; and their allegiance. Today, I have no clue what Biden's criteria or goals are.

I support immigration. A lot of immigration. But legal immigration, with a mix of merit based (engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, doctors, mathematicians, etc.) and opportunity-based (people who want to work hard, adopt American values, and get ahead).
