Why does Biden Hamstring Ukraine

It’s funny that Biden can flout SCOTUS and find 100’s of billions to BRIBE voters but can’t find a few billion to help Ukraine.

Pusillanimous Biden continues to be afraid of helping Ukraine defeat the invading Russians. He has and continues to deny the quantity and capabilities of weapons needed. 

Similar to his efforts with Israel he is acting like an armchair quarterback telling Ukraine how to conduct THEIR war for. Survival. 

The result: innocent civilians dying, critical infrastructure destroyed and evil winning. 

Why does Biden continue to hamstring Ukraine?
